Chicken and Dressing Casserole

Chicken and Dressing Casserole

  • 4-5 chicken breast halves
  • 8 oz. Herb Seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

  1. Boil chicken and tear into small pieces.
  2. In bowl mix soup and milk; stir chicken into milk mixture.  Pour into ungreased 13x9 baking dish.
  3. In separate bowl, melt the butter and add broth and stuffing; mix well.  If not moist enough, add more broth.
  4. Pour stuffing mixture over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
